We never copy or store your files. DriveWave streams from your own cloud; there is no central server holding your media.

How DriveWave reaches your media

You connect a cloud with per-user OAuth, granted read-only. Your access token is stored on your machine, and playback streams directly from your provider to your device. We do not proxy, cache, transcode, or retain the contents of your files.

What we do store

›Account email — to sign you in and contact you about your license.
›License & tier — your key, plan, and seat usage.
›Hashed device IDs — to enforce the 3-device limit and let you deactivate seats. We store a hash, not your hardware details.
›Order reference — proof of your one-time purchase.

What we don't store

Your media, filenames, folder structure, viewing history, and cloud credentials beyond the token on your own device. Watch progress, bookmarks, and library state live locally in the app.
